General Counsel

General Counsel David Ericksen has been one of San Francisco’s premier construction and real estate attorneys for over 25 years.  He has been involved in residential, commercial, public, and infrastructure projects in both the transactional phase as well as avoiding and resolving disputes.  His experience on such matters goes throughout California and from coast to coast.  He has repeatedly been recognized by the industry as a preeminent leader in these areas.  He received his law degree from the University of California and then served as a clerk to Justice James Dolliver of the Washington State Supreme Court before formally launching his legal career based in San Francisco.
